At Ovation Riding, we are committed to providing high-quality equestrian gear and apparel that meets your performance needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
